[Release] Item Exchanger

Here's my Item Exchanger, basically for MoograMS Repack.
Trade in your Golden Maple Leafs for these items.
I'll upload an SS later. :)

It's not tested yet, I'm a coder in a server, and the Admin isn't on, so can someone test it?

it had 8 stuff to choose :
- buy 500m
- buy 1b
- buy 1.5b
- buy 2b
- sell 500m
- sell 1b
- sell 1.5b
- sell 2b

That's a Bank NPC. This Item Exchanger exchanges Maple Coins for rare items. It's really useful as an Event NPC.
