That's probably becuase you didn't replace WzMss.

After you do that it should work.

And also change your Ip to "127.0.0.1", then try.

if u switch it to 127.0.0.1 aka. local host
then your server can't go public, cause every computer has its localhost, u have to put u're global ip adress

Is it just me, or does this version have a word filter?

same for the the 1st one he posted worked fine but 1.3b and 1.3c dont redirect even with the redistribution

sometimes i get error 38 and sometimes i get dc when i typed my id and pass and click loging!

I've told you already. Start using an acutal source and you'll probably figure it out within days. I'll tell you right now that the easiest way to know what to change is to look at Vana or Valhalla's trac and you can see how they update when it comes to new versions. (*HINT headers).
