No one will teach you how to update your servers. That's something most people figure out themselves. If you're using a repack theres a 99% chance that your to dumb when it comes to doing this to continue with it anyway.
For all those that want a localhost.exe, I pity you. I don't think you understand that this .dll will work for all future versions unless GMS decides to change their AoBs (which I don't think happens often), or add new checks to the client.
If you want to make a v62 server, you're going to have to actually LEARN. Chances are that you just got a repack and followed a quick tut and think you know a thing or two.

1) extract the files from Kiki's unpacked localhost.rar
2) open Kiki.cfg and edit, here's wat it looks like:

I re-installed the folder, and repaired the crap and everything and re-input the dlls and cfg
The dll and cfg should have 0 effect on this, they just re-route you.

If you are getting client outdated then make sure your MapleVersion.java is set to 62... What source are you using?
Also, if you are just using this as a local network server (aka localhost 127.0.0.1) and you still get the splash screen not allowing you to login, then change your IP in the CFG file to say localhost. This is what got it to work for me using Maple4u. Valhalla did not have this issue...
