So sorry everyone, I didn't get why the program was working, and I odviously saw the problem...

Guess what: I found out I was running the wrong file the whole damn time, I was running the renamed one, not the recently compiled one :P.

Well it works now!

How come i get the Unable to Connect to localhost Using Password> NO FAILED when I open the MapleRestarter..

Then when I debug it normally from C++ it works...

im getting this :

i throw at position x:10 y:10
but when i drop anything ,
the item appears at pos x:50 y:50

its an example thou
pls check...
didnt get this error when not using the restarter

u didnt follow the tutorial, you need to put the .exe from the debug or release folder(in your case the debug), into the maplestoryserver folder...

Ok when i go to try and get this thing to work - it starts up and ask me if i want a log file and i say yes - well then it starts to load mobs and i get an error saying something about microsoft visual c++ debug assertion failed and i cant get it to work....

You didn't follow the guide, you didn't copy the file, and don't say you did, because this is the only way u get that problem... read the guide and it will work fine

Thanks, but it only worked 95%, do you know what i did wrong, because if i summon mosnters i DC, but if i dont use the restarter it doesnt happed

If you use the debug version when you boot it:
Copy the 'MapleStoryServer.exe' file from the debug folder into the MapleStoryServer folder.

Otherwise

If you use the release version when you boot it:
Copy the 'MapleStoryServer.exe' file from the release folder into the MapleStoryServer folder.

It sais "access denied" as if it couldnt find the password, it works when I manually run it, but not when I run a restarter >.<

Thanks for this it works. But when i switched my repack to maplefxp it works from time to time how do i fix it?

no, MS will close cause it looses a connection, nothing i can do about it.
