This release is more for developers then actual server owners.

The userCP is very complex and such. No page refreshes or anything. A lot of PHPists can benefit from this.

IT DOES WORK. This was origionaly hosted on a linux webhost so yea.

This CMS was the first CMS with a user panel. And still has the most complex, but not as much features. If you say it looks ugly, its complex coding makes changing templates easy. Most of the template is ran by .css so just edit that adn your good.
