Odds are you either didn't give yourself GM status on the SQL database table, or you're just not using the correct commands.
Note to Rage:
The SP commands don't work? If they don't, I'm sorry and I'll fix them ASAP and release a whole new version and/or a fix.

I'm really thinking this is a timer OR xml issue, because things like haste are ending way too early.
Super haste isn't effecting anyone besides the caster too.

You didn't create an equips table....
Go back to the database and make one.

Yes.
Just use the add function in SQL.
Take what you don't have from the database (make sure you have EVERYTHING, including all the add commands at the bottom of the code block).
And just use:
alter table ____ add ____ ____
First ____ = table (IE. users)
Second ____ = column (IE. premium)
Third ____ = type of column (IE. int(1), varchar(12), etc)
SP is still borked

And I just fixed the setstats command, and I'll be releasing the update within 10 minutes.
I apologize for the crashes caused by it.
Also, you NEED to log out after doing the command or else it won't show up.
Ok, new version is up with the stat fix for premium and GM members.
Note: You need to log out after executing the command for it to take effect.
