How Do I get the pet shop to work and for SOME of my users that try to launch the client, the screen goes black and returns to desktop. Anyone else have that problem?

Question; How come when I type in "iloveyou" or any command the pet does NOT respond? It worked fine before, but now it doesn't and its annoying. Plus, Whenever I buy a pet from the CS, nothing happens, and I gotta leave the CS.
