guys can u help me, whenever i "Debug" it, it keeps on saying "Initializing MySQL... Access denied for user 'root@localhost' <Using password: NO> FAILED" i did put a pass.. i dont know what to do... please help and please post quick... i wanna make my own sever already.:(:

so wait i got to the part where i debug. it works all the way to the part that it says MySQL. the MySQL part says that i have the wrong password, or that my password was declined. how am i supposed to fix it?
what does it mean when it says

Make sure that the file is not open by another process and is not write-protected.
i just dont get how im using another process or being write protected
