Also , if you guys have any errors setting up the server , you can come and ask me but I might not be able to answer some questions :D Its based on my experience on all the problems I encountered before :D

Just putting this out there; make sure you launch the .bat's atleast five seconds apart.
Second of all, your localhost.exe is supposed to be in your MapleStory folder, defaultly located at C:\Nexon\MapleStory
Did you change your db.properties? You need to change it to your info. "Hostname" "Username" "Password" "Database Name"

The localhost is edited so you're allowed to enter the Cash Shop. If it's unedited, it will say,"Can't do that in this map."
I uploaded a localhost with droppable NX and Cash Shop. F.Y.I. - I didn't make the localhost, I downloaded it from this forum, but I can't remember who uploaded it in the first place.

Like I said to Hellome666, try re-downloading your source and re-executing all your SQLs.
If nothing changes, go to the Support forums and make a new thread.

Make sure all your JCE files, "Unlimited Strength," are copied into the right folders.

Try making a new account. Make sure it doesn't have the same name as the character you were using.
If that doesn't work, then do this:
When you click on your character and it tells you "Unable to connect to game server," go to your launch_channel.bat (the window, not the file) and go to the VERY top, under where it says, "Channel 1 is online, Channel 2 is online," and look at what it says. Copy 5 lines under the "Channels are online" statement, and post them here.
