disabling PIC seems to solve the problem temporarily.
But i do wish that somebody would be able to clarify and to confirm this as a problem.
Someone would confirm this as a problem if MoopleDEV actually had this listed as a bug, but it's not a bug, meaning
it's something that only happens on certain machines due to connectivity issues. Make sure the ports are accessible
using http://www.canyouseeme.org/ when launching the server (both 8484 and 7575).

Like I said, once PIC is disabled from the server, all login procedures works.
Then there's probably some server-side check that disconnects you after the PIC, as it disconnects
immediately. Doesn't seem like a connectivity issue. Try to place a breakpoint from the beginning of the
character selection procedure to see what's wrong.
One more thing, I want to point out, please fix double clickings on npc crash bug.
