Well i downloaded a v947 repack and it didnt have Spinel. So i decided to make one, and i posted this. It wasn't that hard, but this is just something that you can download real quick instead of looking up codes and crap.

Well here ya go!

1.Download that
2.Put it in your server folder ex.) odinmsserver/scripts/npcs/ (YES YOU DO WANT TO REPLACE IT!)
