    I agree with the unorganized part, but I think it is better to use cookies than sql.

    Anyone could do better than this script? I'm sure there's a good way to record the account of the guy who voted then make a countdown so he could vote again after 12 hours. This script only save the cookies, what happens if the guy clear his cache and his cookies? Come on... RZ could have better than this.
