For the bat error, change your java version, i think to 7, but if you have 7, use 8.

For the failed to open game, hackshield error.

USE A HACKSHIELD BYPASS, AND READ THE DAMN COMMENTS, PEOPLE HAVE ASKED THIS QUESTION BEFORE.

Sorry for me going off track there, there should be a hackshield bypass for v142 somehere on the forums.

Server cannot connect to a database (read the damn bat)
Either no database is online (use xamp/wamp and execute the sql)
Or the connection in setup improperly in the source (usually serverconstants or a .ini file in the main folder)
You'll have to set the proper scheme and connection in there. (follow the guide man)

Thanks i fix the problem and now when i run the server its not autologin like in the guide and when i type admin/admin its doesnt work why is that ?

Typing on localhost will not work. As for the autologin not working, be sure to add an account to the database with name "admin" and "d033e22ae348aeb5660fc2140aec35850c4da997" as password. Leave the salt in the database as "null" WHICH IS SOMETHING ELSE THEN "0"!!

I've been getting this error despite having my firewall/antivirus turned off. I also launched every file as administrator. My maplestory client crashes the moment i click play, following with the error. Please tell me what else i can do or what i am missing.

Looks like you aren't loading the library files, either that, or you don't have a database running to connect to.

Yea, fixed it ages ago just needed to change from eclipse to netbeans and then compile, also are you working on Cannoneer Tutorial (because you spawn on the ship) and/or Xenon skills (because none show up in the skill window)?

@kamalkawar Downgrade from Java 8 to Java 7.

I switched and downgraded and made sure to change it in eclipse and i'm still getting this error now btw thanks for the help @chunkarama [IMG][/IMG]

nashron is JAVA8 ScriptEngine.
rhino is JAVA6/7 ScriptEngine.

I think that you are using JRE8.

Hello, i did every thing as said in the tutotrial but when i lunch the game with IP Redirect Tool or iRedirectoRX the luncher starts and when i press play nothing happening the luncher dissapear and the game wont come up why is that can some one please help me ?

I saw some other comments about using a HackShield bypass, I've copied the files from here https://forum.ragezone.com/f566/requ...0-1-a-1037478/, but I'm still getting this BlackCipher Error. Advice? Thanks!

Update: Fixed it, downloaded some updated BlackCipher files from Nexon http://download2.nexon.net/Game/Mapl...lackCipher.zip
