Your JDK is still 1.8 which is JDK 8 not 7. Uninstall 8, install 7 change paths to jdk1.7, change environment variables path to jdk1.7.x_xx\bin\, add the jce7 unlimited strength files to the correct folders, etc

or read the guide on how to get it working with java 8.

I repeat the error in commands of gm: the command was not use properly: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1

You are using the command the wrong way. Which command are you using?
Read the commands (src - server - commands: player,gm,supergm,admin) and see how they work.

I started my server and all worked fine but if i start the client, type in my account informations and press login, its loading loading and loading but nothing happens. No error on launch bat, only the message ip connected, some packet numbers. Hope you can help me :/

jdk1.7.x_xx is version ie jdk.1.7.0_80 check Java folder.
Right click Computer > Properties > Advanced system settings > Environment Variables
User Variables:
No Path?
New > Name: Path Value: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_80\bin
Or Path is there?
Edit >> Value: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_80\bin

You did not copy JCE files to all correct directories.
You need to compile (clean and build) then move the .jar from project/dist to your server source/dist

Hi there! blackcipher popping up is because about two weeks ago, nexon changed cipher to Nexon Game Security. You will need to download those new files for it to work!

Ok i fixed the black chipher problem but now im still getting disconnceted and i keep getting that error in my server log the strengthen encryption thing, i dont no whats wrong. I have jre7 and jdk 1.7.0_79

This source probably has a bit of code in addcharstats that sets the job to beginner, comment that out, or grab it from another source to fix the problem.

Im still getting the same error and i re installed everything and tried everything again still not working!

Is there only 2 directories in the program files\java folder (the two directories where your JCE7 files went?
If you are on 64bit check both program files\java and program files(x86)\java
What are the folder names? (to see if you installed the wrong jre or jdk)
