Not for everyone it isn't, some routers suck and just won't cut it.
Remember that if you can't do it, call your provider and they will do it for you.

Yes, it would be. However, people shouldn't need a guide like this. If they do, then they shouldn't be hosting a private server. All you have to do is google "How to portforward 'router name here' router" and the first few results will be perfect guides.

To those who have done it before & have practice. I can make a private server in less than 5 minutes, but new beginners take like freaking 6 hrs.

That is because there are so many noobs trying to make a private server now. When I first tried, it took me like 30 minutes. Now, it takes no time at all.
