Firstly......
Open Task MANAGER
Alt+Tab+Del

Go to PROCESS
Find MAPLESTORY.EXE AND CMD.EXE

Aft That,Set High PRIORITY
(Right Click>Set priority>High)
Dont set higher or lower...Got reasons...

Do not set realtime or you will have a real lag


Now,you're Done!

Sure, It'll reduce server lag, But it'll Take Loads of CPU

Such as and not limited to, MySQL.

It has it's ups and downs.
That's also why the topic title says Sever LAG, and not CPU or background applications. Although I would never use this method. If I wanted no server lag, then I'd use a VPS or a dedicated host.
