Well , iunno if this will help or not

But it worked for me , it worked for others too anyway

Well , search for java.exe and you will get some , copy one of them (Doesnt matter which 1)

and paste them into ur server directory

I had that problem too, just reinstalled java runtime libraries.

Right click My computer, go to properties, in one of the tabs will be "Environmental Variables" then go to Path and make the path C:/Program FIles/Java/jdk______/bin make, the ____ whatever version you have
