make sure that your MySQL does NOT have a password. That is the only way this will work. Sorry about that =\.
Edit: Forgot the first step, LOL. Just go down to the Tut. and It'll be the firstthing you see.
How to remove your MySQL Password(Credits to:tdenisenko):
1)Open MySQL Query browser
2)Type into the command block:
Code: use mysql
use mysql
and execute it.
3)Type into the command block:
Code:
UPDATE user
SET Password=PASSWORD('')
WHERE user='root';
and execute it.
It should say Query OK, x row affected (0.00 sec )
Rows matched: x Changed: x Warnings: x
4)Type into the command block:
Code:
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
It should now say Query OK, x rows affected (0.00 sec)

1)Necessities

2)Setting it all up.
Left-click on Wamp, PHP->PHP Settings-> and tick Short Open Tag
Mine is ticked because I already have it enabled. Very Happy
A)While setting up Wamp Server, leave everything default.
B)After you have all the Left-click Wamp and click Put Online.
C)After that go to Wamp->MySQL->my.ini.
D)Once it's opened press Ctrl+H and replace all 3306's with 1000's. What this does is changes the Wamp MySQL port to 1000 which will make it go fully white when putting it online.
Save.
E)Now go to Wamp->Apache->httpd.conf.
F)When thats opened search for "Listen" until you find "Listen 80" or "Listen 127.0.0.1:80". Change "Listen 80" to "Listen 8080".
Save.
Done.
3)Setting up the registration page.
A)Go to Wamp->WWW Directory.
B)Once your in the folder extract your website files(.php) into it. You might want to delete any files that are already in it.
(Note: Yours probably will look different than mine.)
C)Open config.php or go to the folder called inc and open config, inc->config.inc.php. And open it with Notepad.
D)Change all the settings to your needs. If you need any help PM me the config and ill help you set it up.
(IP blocked for security reasons.)
E)Left-click Wamp and go to Wamp->Restart All Services.
The icon should look like this if you follow all of my directions accurately.
Done.
4)Setting up No-IP.
A)After you create your account click the "YOUR NO-IP" tab.
(IP blocked for security purposes.)
B)Click Add.
C)Fill out all of the info you want according to this screen shot.
(Fill out YOUR information.)
To get your IP go to http://whatsmyip.org
D)Click Create Port Redirect.
Done!
(Note: It may take up to 5 minutes until you can see the page.)
5)Port Forwarding
A)Go to http://192.168.1.1
B)It will ask you for User name and password. They're usually "admin" for both. If that don't work try "admin" for user name and leave the password blank.
C)Once you're in click on "Applications & Gaming" tab.
D)Follow that picture and save changes.
E)Click on the DMZ tab and click enable, and put your ip in. To find your IP go to Start->Run->CMD->ipconfig
F)Click Apply changes.
G)Now go to Security and Un-tick Block Anonymous Internet Requests.
H)You can also just disable the whole firewall but that isn't good to do. Razz
I)Save changes and your done!
6)Seeing if your site works!
Check to see if you can see it yourself first.
Site 1)Go to http://localhost:8080
Site 2)Go to http://youriphere:8080
Site 3)Go to your *****.no-ip.org host website.
Check to see if other people can see it.
1)Give them your link. Tell them to register!
Finished product:
