[Tutorial] How to port-forward (the real easy way)

Well... the other port-forwarding tutorials are hard... Going into router sites... well heres a eaisier version.

Step 1: Start and run and type in 'cmd'
Step 2: Type in 'ipconfig/all' without the ''
Step 3: Look for your IP Address or IPv4 Address and Default Gate Way Address.

Step 4: Click Start again and run your control panel.
Step 5: Click on 'Network Connections
Step 6: Find your LAN (Local Area Connection) and right click and then click properties.

Step 7: Theres going to be 'Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)' Double Click it.

Step 8: Fill out the information in the boxs.

Step 9: THERE! You just got a static IP/ portforwarded!

Thanks for looking at this short thing =D... Other people can make their own static IP on their router site... but other routers might NOT. Thats why I posted this! =D

If you realized, this sum1udontkno guy is a bumping freak.
Look at the first post date.
I swear this guy should be banned for bumping like 50 threads.

If I port forward this way,
I put my IP Address from the command prompt at my private server?
    or put my WAN IP?
    and...
    does it works

Didn't work for me. It won't mess anything up if you try because you can switch back with a button.

You can't forward ports with changing the LAN IP (This could collide with other lan IP's too, as my eminent router uses 192.168.8.XXX for LAN IP's, and I saw 192.168.10.XXX too).

Just port forward with using your router (the manual should give you enough info, if not; PortForward.com - Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model).
