[Web]How to set up a SVN

How would you update your SVN? When I try it says my old files are there.
Im using googlecode btw.

You would have to right click your source folder and go to "SVN Commit"

oh... I have to type in twice... First they use port 443, HTTPS then they use port 80, HTTP.
