No it doesn't.
DestinyMS ran v70 with openVPN and it lagged with 400 players.
You know why?
Constant packet loss and a 10MB bandwidth cap.
It's not the best way to go. >_>

Another Vana project? and if it's Odin, have packets sniffed is not an advantage if you don't know where they come from, going random is not a good option to begin.

Un packing the client is the easy part, the hard part is that the client has a check to make sure it's a Nexon/Maple Port and IP.

I Have Unpacked Clients of Version 70, 71 From Bizarro and 72 and 73 From Which I Tried to Unpack. I found the OEP But im Kinda Confused on how to Rebuild the IAT.

Yes, but there's 2 ways around that-

1) Use Wireshark w/ MaplePCap to decrypt
2) Use Snow Sniffer w/ real time decryption

Snow sniffer is pretty newb friendly. =D

I believe he's using Vana, so he doesn't apply to Odin's flaws.
