Can i use them with 3.0.3 and enGB client??

No since the arcemu extractors dosent work well ( maps and dbc dose, not vmaps ) you need to wait for an update that can take weeks, after that vmaps tool will work agian :-)

You need extractors for 3.0.3, and arcemu support that, just ot vmaps yet.
