ArcEmu Funserver SQL pack?

Hello i use Jovheds Private server Repack.

Now i want to make this public, but i need a sql file with vendors who players at start can self upgrade there skills, learn all spells and teleport to mall.

And teleports to other locations.

I also need fresh mall vendors.

Anyone got?
