A: Making a mall isn't for the faint of heart nor the just starting out in wow emu. I would suggest finding a preexisting mall in a database you can install. However if you are intent on making your own area as I was using the .npc spawn <creature entry ID> command would do the trick to spawn npcs that sell things. Also I made a bunch of npcs like cats etc and used .npc vendoradditem <item entry ID>.
A: Using the command ".go spawn <gameobject entry ID>" you can spawn portals as long as you know the ID. So you go to where you want the portal and for example the one for org is ".go spawn 183323".
A: Fear of spiders can be a serious issue but using the ".npc delete" command after clicking on the offending npc can be easy. Lucky for you as long as it's in sight it can be clicked on long range.
A: Fire up the good old database app you use then check out.

A: It's in your "ascent-world.conf" file listed in the "Power regeneration multiplier setup" section
XP:
# The xp that a player receives from killing a creature will be multiplied
# by this value in order to get his xp gain.
So you change where it says XP="1" for a number that multiplies the xp to what you want per kill.
A: You can do this with "Ascent Database Editor (ADE)" it has lots of editing functionality but explaining using it would be beyong the scope of my answer plus there are tutorials on this site for it I'm sure.
