[HELP] How to install Fixes?

I have Downloaded Ascent Rev.4552
and i had some SQL files which used as Fixes tot he DB how do i upload them to the DB or place them there?
can any1 help me?

Just import them like you did with the full database, and it should work.

type .gobject spawn ID 1 (1 is for make portals stay permanent after server restart)

And if I want to go another location such as Cenarion Enclave? I ask because the bear form of the orde Druids is not available in low level...the NPC who must open the warp to that place is bugged and does not open the portal, and I would like put a permanent portal for the people who want to complete this quest...(do yo understand?).

Just create a lua portal. There's oodles of tutorials on how to do it out there. Sadly I don't have any links to any of them, but you shouldn't have much trouble finding out how, or a tool to do it for you. It's very basic iirc.
