[Help] Mysql linux

hey this isnt my first time making a wow server i made many on Windows but this is first time using root and mysql to make wow private server and i find it much easier to use navicat to browse through the tables etc

can anyone help me to allow a ip if needed to acess mysql server through navicat and or to make a account then i can take it from there plz and thx.
