[Help] Realm is offline?

I log on correctly and then it says I was automatically chosen for the only realm, Test Realm, then it shows the realm list. The only realm is offline..what did I do, not do? Is it because I have the timezone set to 3? Is it because the color is set to 2? :\

That problem got fixed, it was the color being set too 2. But now I have another, it wont connect to it at all, it will say its connecting and then it goes back to the realm list. Any suggestions?
