[HELP] SQL ERrOR

I am lost as how to fix this SQL error... Can someone shed some light on it for me please?

I have successfully complete 3 server setups on 3 different computers. For some reason when I did one for a friend I get this problem. Players in game can stay in the game, however anyone else that attempts to login after I recieve this error cannot. Also, If player logs out they can't get back in.

Okay, Drk forgot to add what we are using.We are currently using:

MySQL GUI v 6.16
Ascent 4551
ABD 214
DBC 2.4 enUS
Microsoft .NET framework 3.5


Any suggestions with the SQL error fix would be greatly appreciated.

Oke, uninstall MySQL 6 and install 5.
6 could have a buggy behavior with Ascent.

at the second. use a newer database, 214 is actually old now, 290 is current.
at the thirth. use a newer core, also rev 4551 is old, 4582 is current.
The rest seems to be A-OK
