LUA Scripting Help Wanted!

Alrightt, I am running ArcEmu right now and i need a teleporter that will port to my horde malls, a skill center, and a couple other places. I need either help on how to make a .cpp script into a .lua script so it works with my server, and then how to put it into the DB so that i can use .npc spawn <x> to get it where i want it.
Or, with a possible GM slot reward in mind, someone to script like 4 locations into a lua script and just give me the script and show me how to add it to DB and MySQL if need be. And when i say possible gm, it means you'll still need to make an application, but 95% you'll still get gm.

First install Blua or LUA++ in your core.

I think it is in there. the other scripts are all Lua. Am I mistaken or does that mean that it does have lua++ in the core. I just thought it had to be made into a lua script because the other ones were. or perhaps a dll, but i think lua should be fine?

You can't make GossipScripts with out LUA++ you have to add it the core,

eh. still isn't letting me in. and im not saying that i want it lua scripted exactly, im just saying i want what will work, and right now all i see are lua and dll scripts in my db so i assumed i need one of those. but if i don't someone please tell me.
