Need help with AAPDRDS 2.0

As the title says, need help with AAPDRDS 2.0, for those who doesn't know what it is, explanation is at the bottom of this post.

Ok, I've got everything set up correctly, I don't get any mysql errors anywhere, but still for some reason I don't receive the donation rewards, even tho the payment goes trough normally without any problems. I've tried everything I can :( So my question is, is here anyone who had the same problems and found the fix for it or is it just me being a noob and can't find the problem my self? :S So, I want some help from expert or such.. ;(
