the first problem i got is when i have made a npc and placed him somewhere then he is VERY BIG and i have tried to do .modify scale 0.7 1 but that didnt save it and my second problem i got is how do i make a mount not to be level 60+?`thanks for help and please answer to this!

these are both sql problems for the npc you have to find him on creature_proto i think it is in ascent and to edit the level requirement you go to items in the database from there its pretty self explainitory
