Problem starting up server

So I entered all the information did my sql database and everything and i turned on logonserver.exe then ascent.exe and i got this error at authenticating it says
Authetication request from 127.0.0.1, result FAIL.
Key: 9AA...ect.

i think its from this piece of coding

AllowedModIPs = "127.0.0.1/24">

AloudIPs = "127.0.0.1/24" <<< Put your IP address let's say your IP is 10.20.304, you put 10.20.304/24 in there.
AllowedModIPs = "127.0.0.1/24"> Do the same.
