[Request Help] Strange connection problem

Hi guys. I've got this strange bug, I cant use run my server public, neither my website, I have configured everything right, and I am thinking that it might have to be something with the core, but I don't know. this morning, both the server and the website worked, but I had wrong core for my DB, so I changed it out with another one, and when I started the new one, both my website and my server didn't work public. anyone know something, or knows how to fix this shit? If I try to replace the core with a new one again, it doesn't work. it seems like I have to wait until a new day or something:S

Wrong core for my db? Which core rev and db rev you using then?

You could better check everything step by step, somewhere needs to be something wrong.
