[DataBase][Releases] everytime update with changelog

i don't use NCDB it's still bad DB

So WhyDB is the best option ? but is WhyDB 2.4.3 yet becayse my players keep askign me when am i going to 2.4.3 o.O because level 30 mounts dont work etc..

i'm not then creator of whydb don't know that Maybe it's not 100% 2.4.3 and NCDB it's not 100% 2.4.3
