Well you can get them from almost everywhere, i guess here is GM Commands in sticky :)

with trainers you mean addons? if yes then it works perfectly...

MAJOR ISSUE , YOU ARE MISSING 1 OR MORE DB FILES , SERVER CANNOT START WITHOUT THEM.
