Question about Who List

I wanna ask how i can make in who list (O) can be view all players in the server no metters who fraction is it..
Who list to show all players not only one fraction players
Horde to see alliance players and Alliance to see horde players in who list

Goto your Optional configuration. (Arcemu-optional for Arcemu)

If you're using Arcemu (Like me)

Scroll down until you find "Interfaction Options"

The very last option "Interfaction Misc" set it to "1" and then both Horde and Alliance will showup on the /who list.
