AI to fight with

are there any releases, or methods to make NPCs to fight alongside you? Everquest private server has it; why shouldnt wow? id like to play, on my own, but have NPCs follow and act like people. i know its possible, but itd be a lot of work, right?

Yes thats possible.. at least i did read about a guy doing that somewhere in the udb forums a while ago and the npc worked like a pet or something.
I do not know exactly what topic it was.. but its probally one of the topics in the workarounds and user content forum there.
Have a look at that forum.. and if u can't find anything about it ask there.. im sure someone can help u with it.
