[Help]Great bear spirit

I'm using SDB 061
my server is 1.12.1 supporting
and npc "great bear spirit" cant talk with him
can anybody tells me how to make to talk with him to complete the quest for bear form.
or give me sql file to this npc "great bear spirit" to can talk for the quest for druid form.
