[HELP] others can't connect but i can

okay so first of all to clear things up.

both ports 8085 and 3724 are open
i have hosted other games, so router is not the issue
server runs fine, i can connect with lan ip. but others can't connect using wan ip (of course)

in mangos config and realm config, the bind ip are both set to 0.0.0.0, if i set them to wan ip i will get cannot bind to my ip.

so any solutions?

Whats you server host in realmd.conf and in the realmd DB set to?

make sure the realmlist.wtf is set to your wan ip first of all .....thats in the client folder

second make sure the realm is set to whatever wan ip you use ....

i play on a lan and had similar problem ...all it turned out to be is i forgot to set the realm ip using the website providied.....or use sqlyog ......hope that helps and good luck

i know this problem the settings in the config files r probably right what u missed is changing the realmset in the SQL it self! if u login the SQL server with ur client under realmd / Tabels / Realkist . u will see that the realmist still set on local host IP u need to change that to ur IP that ur using to share ur server.
