Please help with mail system!

I setup on the page Donation section with custom items and if i send the items from the page i cant OPEN THE MAIL BOX in the game (Dont geting me any error just dont do nothing when i push the mail box)
I try sending me items from the game to but same things DONT OPEN THE MAIL BOX :((
Are showing me the mail in box but dont open no window.
Please tel me if i ned some special patch or what i ned to do.
I search in Ragezone but cant find nothing about.
