I was wondering if its possible to reload the item_template table. I've been adding custom items, and every time I add them I need to restart.
When I type .reload item_template it just says "There is no such subcommand".
I'd appreciate any help greatly. Cheers

On my server i add custom items over time...
And every time i added new items i have to restart server, which can be a pain in the ass when you have a decent amount of players.
As far as i know there is no option to reload the item database while the server is running, so for now you should schedule a daily maintenance or something to let your players know the server will be down for 5-10 minutes.
The problem with that, as far as I know, is items currently in use by players - those might stop working or change their workings, causing server crashes if handled inproperly. Much the same reason why there is no .reload creature_template either, if I am to believe the mangos developers. Long story short: I wouldn't count on this to be added anytime soon.
