[Server Help]Crafts skill command or ingame learnable (help) (broken)

I've looked all over the forums and internet and just can't find it, I would realllllly reallly appreciate it if someone could provide me a way to add crafting to my character on my server. It's rev 5735, 10.1 350. All the GM commands I've tried to add the skill simply dont work (setskill = no cause i have to have the skill first *sigh*) and none of the npc craft NPC's have "any" quests....
Hoping for either A) working gm code or b) db with the NPC's quests for crafting.
.learn doesnt seem to work either, it would just be like .learn 393 right?
