Use website to create accounts as GUI needs updating for the change from 2 possibilities to 3 so it currently only writes the values 0 or 1 to tbc field which is outdated...
FYI...
Password must be sha1 of username:password to validate correctly..
expansion values are...
- 0 - classic
- 1 - tbc
- 2 - wotlk

Hey quick question, I tried getting it setup but when I click to Start the Realm it says that the config is incorrect, but there isn't anything wrong with it, and everything installed smoothly? Any ideas?

Indeed, thank you for share your job, one guy like you know how install a server with the monitor off but you take time for create automatic installers and map extractors, apache and sql for make this release possible for every one with and without knowledge.

Hi Shiva - thank you - everything works now just fine - the only thing I found out for me what does not work is, that the "Blizzar_TimeManager" addon does not work and is disabled. I can live without this. The only annoing thing is that this window everythime just pop-up like a big red text on screen. Nothing else. I'll try some more things, but I'm not sure I'll be to figure out wha's wrong.
You also need to look at mangosd.conf file for settings relating to this...8 is the magic number but prev releases set to 1

Not specifically, you can apply the updates from TBC onwards and arrive at 3.0.9 without the wotlk expansion having been applied, in this case ad.exe will mention it cannot find the expansion but still extract everything it can.Do I need to have a retail WOTLK to run this repack, or do I just update the client?

Using the update pack should do this for you...anyway to update characters db from v6766[2.4.3] to v7372[3.0.9] apply all sql files in numerical order from sql\updates that has 'characters' in the name using sqlyog or similar to your characters db.

im having a problem , i got a 3.0.9 client, and i already finish install the GUI, the problem is everytime i try to start the realm it says "the applicatian has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect" someone plz help me :) thanks a lot
so, if i uses the v6676[2.4.3] i have ti apply the upgrade v7372[3.0.9]?
what about the client? i continue using 2.4.3?

Found a few bugs. Some of the old vendors like "Weapons Vendor" think it was id 26309 and the other ones along with that, when clicking them, they dont do anything. Also the hog bike speed doesn't change when using it. And as far as I know it's ment to increase speed by 130% o.o?
and I think fireworks and cluster works for the launchers still dont work. Havn't tested but probably still not working. Also Death Knights dont start with the runed SoulBlade item like they are ment to as far as I know. Some bows I tried dont seem to show any model when using them if not all of them. Thoridal, the stars' of fury or whatever it's name was doesn't show bow. Also you cannot draw it out by pressing z like before in 2.4.3. I noticed you fixed DoomWalker for being tamable. Lolz damn xP Other than that. It all seems fine so far. Still, a great repack!
