Is there away to change the client version on which can connect... I also play retail and they upgraded to 3.2 today and i really didn't want to put a 2nd copy a client on my pc.

OK let me explain why mangos is still at 3.1.3 and why modifying the client version isn't for me...since the changeover to 3.0.9 we've had lots of missing db content and various server crashes, this continued into 3.1.3 as mangos devs work closely with UDB there is a line of communication between the two so they know when to move to a new client version. This keeps everything as blizzlike as possible with only official-like data being submitted, if I mod the server to accept a range of clients this will increase the likely-hood of server/client crashes when missing data is encountered. Now that in turn will increase the amount of posts about this type of issue...pop over to mangos & udb forums and you will see they've plenty of errors to fix already without it getting complicated by unsupported client issues. Now there is a 3.2 branch in the repository for folks wishing to work on it but this is for devs and not for general release as its the base for when mangos devs modify the client version to 3.2 Normally this occurs when they've fixed >90% of the errors relating to the upgrade in client. Its very difficult to put a timescale to this but the more devs working on the branch the sooner we see it...pls feel free to step up to the plate!

also another question there was a little issue with the website because when u hit a character it doesnt display the inventory it just display random images and nothing to do with the character's stuff

I have three major issues. None of them are installation related. More of a 'play' issue. But I just wanted to know if everyone was having these problems or if they were just me.
1-> When I die, I am unable to click on the spirit and come back to life with rez sickness. There isn't an option to speak with her. Only way to come back to life is to find my body.
2-> As an alliance priest, I am unable to heal NPC's. And therefore can not complete my healing quest line.
3-> Line of Sight. haha.. Almost seems like there is none!!! When I walk in to a cave, I seem to aggro everything in the cave! I have to be extremely careful about how and when I pull.
Anyone else having these problems? If not, maybe I need to do a fresh install from one of the full repacks.
Also, with Blizzard releasing 3.2, I am unable to stop my client from downloading the new patch. I modified the realmlist.wtf file so that the patchlist points to my server, but it's still downloading the 3.2 patch! How do I stop it?

Oki, i resolve everything LOL, if someone have the jail pb just upload the character_jail.sql (..\MaNGOS\v8286\sql\patches\jail\) with navicat or any other Sql Gui and if you also have have the scriptv2 pb at the World loading step, just check the scriptdev2.conf (..\MaNGOS\v8286\) and change the username from mangos to root and then it will load correctly
