i have instaled Amber Gui perfectley the server start's normali every thing is ok my wow client version is 3.1.3 and when im trin to connect to my server the wow client starts to download the latest version of wow client (3.2.0) and the realmlist.wtf changes back to oficial server....
what ca in do?

Give him time - an update will come when it is ready.
Speaking for my users, we would rather wait till the developer is happy with the code than risk potential problems occuring further down the line because an update was rushed...
Frankly, the Amber repack is worth waiting for!

I think you all missed the point. What Shiva does is he makes amber gui to manage server and all the components (apache, mysql). And as I understood that's what he busies himself with at the moment. He's redoing concept behind it so it doesn't require virtual drive like this one does. He doesn't code the emu itself. Mangos devs do that, he "just" downloads source from their SVN, applies patches (jail, AHBot...), compiles and then packs that. He doesn't influence stability of the mangos itself, that's up to mangos devs.
All that said, since current mangos trunk is at version 3.2.x so new repack of amber pack will have that and not "current one working 100%" as that's not up to Shiva but up to mangos devs, scriptdev2 devs and UDB devs.
having a problem with world 1 server not booting up went to find what the error said and it said this

so i did what it said went to the ad.exe copy it and place the file in to wow folder and ran it there then copy the folder back to the dir to what the error said the only different it is the map size one was 64 the other was 197 i believe anyway can anyone give me some idea how to fix this little problem thank

The Data Directory location for the data files for server2 is specified one level lower, in the <MangosDir>\<MangosVersion>\Server2\mangosd.conf file.
For server1, the details in the mangosd.conf file should be
RealmID = 1
DataDir = "../Data/server1/WOTLK"
For server2, the details in the /server2/mangosd.conf file should be
RealmID = 2
DataDir = "../../Data/server2/WOTLK"
(Note the ../../)

I noticed that the installer starts a 'mysqld-nt' process. I already have mysql 6.0 installed in my computer, so do I need to uninstall it (mysql 6.0)? Because it seems like I can't connect to the DB that Amber uses after I restart my computer, which I think would be due to the process 'mysqld.exe', which is MySQL6.0. Please advice. Pretty much confused as I was using other cores before deciding to try amber out, and those required me to set up my own mysql DB before populating it with their DB batch files. I'm guessing that this is a case of having 2 mySQL instances running and so Amber doesn't know which to go to.
If it's too confusing, i'll just summarize - Do I need to have MySQL set up on my computer before installing Amber or will Amber set up a db for me (meaning it'll install MySQL for me)?
MySQL is installed with Amber it a repack so it has everything but my messages is diffent wront maps not sure what it is still waiting for a answer

also it one of the best emulator when i try it last patch at that time was 3.0.9 it work great but had to format the pc lol
