I have installed a Server V7899 but when I start AmberGUI, logon and Realm working fine, world 1 can not run (it start then auto stop and close it CMD window unexpectedly) World 2 seem running fine. However my client does not connect to the Mangos server at all but keep connect to Blizzard server. Note: I have change the files realmlist.wtf, and config.wtf(in WTF folder to 127.0.0.1)
Anyone know how to solve the problem please help me

3.0.9. I believe it was in the first post... somewhere. If you need to revert back to 3.0.9 delete/move the patch.mpq (Or anything really) in your WoW data folder and open repair.exe in your default WoW folder. Then you have to update back from wherever repair.exe reverted your installation to.Quote:

Edit: Just a question, the BlizzUI errors aren't a repack problem right? It's not a big deal, but its a shame some things like the calender cant be used properly.

Starting from [7988] MaNGOS support only client version 3.1.3 (9947) at master branch (Client 2.4.3 still limited supported at mangos-0.12 branch)
You need update DBC files.
You need regenerate .map/vmap files (new zones added in 3.1.x)
Cant wait for the 3.1.3 version of this repack :)

Well, I would be glad to try it but I don't have this ability. You see my computer cannot get the Microsoft Net Framework installed properly and as result I can't try because the repack s not working. It would be really usefull if somebody tried it in their free time

Seems I was caught out by not checking the code functioned on 32bit prior to release...Im now using a VM with xp pro x86 sp2 to validate code before releasing to stop this kinda problem, thanks for your patience.

Hey Shiva I was wandering. would it be possible that when you recompile the console to make it so it can go full screen again? that was something I really liked about older versions that I can no longer do. I know it seems petty but I figured I would ask.
Also when you do the update for the newer client will you set it to patch from v7899 or from v7928? Because I have been unable to do a successful update to v7928
and one last stupid thing. is there a way to stop both the site and the minimanager from calling from wowhead? since I have this set up on a Lan without internet access it slows both the site and minimanger down to the point of almost being unusable

shiva.. i have a little request.. i think this bothers others too.. the 2 major bugs i see in gameplay.. paladin forberance not working.. and mage blink.. my suggestion/request would be.. compiling mangos with a blink patch.. that makes him blink anyway.. even if it fails .. and forberance fix ar in review section in mangos or at silvermoon.. they dont fix it properly.. but its better than nothing..

i noticed a few have the same problem as me in that the buyer for the AH bot doesnt seem to work anymore, it was all fine before , suspect there need to be a update for it rolled into the next patch
unless i missed someting in the config/sql files but i dont think so.
anyone found a solution or have a SQL that i can patch with in the meantime to fix it ?

"function [install_parse] Index was out of bounds. It must not be less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index."
Which means that it takes no informations in Amber. Someone has an idea to fix this?

Ok so i got the server up and running, i can only play on the second realm since the 1st realm doesnt start ?! But i can play on the second so i have no trouble with that, but i would like to get a local server running so i can play with my friends when they come or whatever.
Ok i changed the other pc's realm list to the main-pc's ip, but when i try to connect on the other pc it gets stuck on the realm list.. so what did i do wrong, and how do i do it right ?
I read somewhere, that all pc's on the network need their "hosts.file" editted to join the server.
This file can be found in Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts.file
what needs to be done, is under the "127.0.0.1 localhost" you need to add "PC CURRENT LAN IP" under "127.0.0.1" and "Hosting Pc's LAN IP" under "localhost"
try this, and see if it works ;)

- (The pc trying to connect's ip) ____ (The pc from where the server is running's ip) -
so it looks like this..
- 192.168.15.102 ____ 192.168.15.101 -
But no success im still gettting stuck on the realmlist, is there anything else i might be missing ?
And remember i changed nothing, only that host.file and the realm name...
so maybe im missing some of the basics or first steps etc.
I need help from step 1.

I got it up all the pc's can connect to the main now, i changed the address in the realm section of the GUI from 127.0.0.1 to the computer ip its running from, then i changed the Host.file like you told me and the Realmlist.wtf to the ip of the main computer and vowala, it works :)

Things to remember:-
You MUST have a 3.1.3 client on the server BEFORE installing!
You MUST re-extract dbc,maps,vmaps!
When you get the server running their are 4 console errors relating to spells and triggers. Everybody will get them and its been tagged as 'fixed in next release' by UDB devs.

hey shivajiva ... great work on the repack ... might wanna change the intro screen to the installer .... it may contradict what you have said about having 3.1.3 ... since the intro seez you must have 3.0.9 ..
Im not trying to confuse anyone trying to install this is just a text mistake and you REALLY DO NEED 3.1.3
Keep up the good work shiva ... this repack has been good i have followed it from the start.

I only get 2 really small probleme, the modification of the drop rates seem to not working! (i'm editing the good one, I know there is 2)
And mobs dont drop any money (even if I boost rates too)
