how do i do that. i dont know dos commands. i tried typing in the path. and the start command, but no luck. here is the realmd.exe

its a problem with your maps do the ad.exe and build your vmaps and maps
should clear up your error : )
same dang issue. and i ran the vmaps extractor (make_vmaps.bat), when it finished the vmap folder was empty. placed in the main directory if that has anything to do with it.

Update your client to 3.3.5a!
(Bug fix release version 12340)
Then re-run the ExtAll inside MaNGoS\v#####\tools.
A lot of people miss the difference between 3.3.5 and 3.3.5a
lol my client is 3.3.5a i wouldnt be able to run another release i hav if it wasn't. and the extall.exe just opens and closes

The problem has been explained more than once in the forum and it is also in the docs! again if people would just read... but im sure your explination will be over looked just as mine and all the other posts. Maybee take a moment and use the search function, just a thought.

Well I'm afraid i have to disagree with you :D Not everithing is good about this repack :) it is bugged as hell :D but it is good for installing it in 5 minutes and run immediatly. Just to have a server on a very boring IT lesson :). Anyway, I'havent encountered any version of it's GUI that would have worked. Sometimes it started, but spammed errors. By the way i could handle it by running everything manually, but it was suck at first :D Now I don't even try to start the GUI but some people may do so it should be fixed.Your Error is telling you what the problem is just read mon ....

All in all it is a great repack and I admit shivajiva's work. I can only imagine how much work he/she has done. So grat :)

do u know if this mangos/amber can run on Microsoft Windows Server2008 R2 Enterprise.x64Integrated ?? coz i got this error at vmap_assembler.exe "The application has failed to start becouse its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail"
