i have mangos amber v8035 and wow client 3.1.0 and when i run set up program
at the end in set up consol it says EXTRACTION FINISHED(at 17:55:28).but this page wont go ....
now its 19:20,am i gona w8 or els?

and the other time i exited that window and start amber gui realm start normally but server 1
got an error that says *.dbc files not found or not compatible it says holiday.dbc have 54 field instead of 55 field and wrong client version *.dbc

So could anyone sugest me some GOOD 2.4.3 MaNGOS, with working ( or at least many working) spells, talents, bosses, npc scripts? .... I tryed the last 2.4.3 ( v6766_fullsetup.exe Last Full Release for 2.4.3)
but it has alot of boss, quest , and skill bugs...like illidan flag bug after he drop weapons..., warrior The Affray lvl 30 quest, and many more inportant parts of game

Comon make some 2.4.3 repack to work like v8035, but TBC
BTW...on version v6766 every mob have WEAPON , but on v8035 they dont have WEAPONS ( for example Mobs in BT) ...is there a way to enable that??

well you could check the db entries in both versions (last repack for 2.4.3 and latest repack) and see what the differance is
then just go through editing it or you could just go hunting about for a edited 2.4.3 repack not just a standard one like shiva use to do where people have made there own edits to make it more blizz like
Ok. What are the more notable bugs still present in this repack? I'm trying to compare and see which is the one that's seemingly more fit for me to play. :D

Hey I have just installed the Amber 3.1.3 v8160 form Amber 3.0.9 V 7899. And now when logging into WoW all my charcters are gone , and gives me SQL error in mangos.
I tried to attach the file dindt seem to work.Anyone getting same problems ?

Im reverting to 3.0.9 V7899 Is it better to use the updates he uploads ? Is there ways that the tables and everything will correspond ?
What are the error messages exactly?
I have a kind of weird problem, installing and everything went fine.
Logged into the realm with a regular account, created a char and started.
Then i notice something, im about level 9 now, and all the mobs have been hitting me for 1 damage.
never 2, never 3, just 1. always, without exception.
is this normal?

First it select all the tables from characters and thats alot to type..But this is some of the errors/
query ERROR : Unkown column ' characters.gender ' in 'field list'
SQL : SELECT guid, data,name , position_x etc...
query ERROR : Unkown column 'level' in 'fieldlist'

Hi there.
First of all I wanted to thank you about the great job.
I`ve installed 8035 full and it gave me an error, updated to 8160 and the error still appears. Without anybody in the server and it get`s na error which crashes it. First it gaved error on Microsoft .NET Framework - updated to 3.5 later 3.5 SP 1, and now 4 BETA 1 - still got the error. The server just crashes.

Please tell me what to do to stop this. Gratz.

Its something wrong with Characters DB in v8160.
You cant make and save Char.
Not this. I made a char, saved it and later played with it. But still crashing form nowhere. Please help.

did you try reinstalling it from scratch? clean database etc
Heroic difficult option has gone!!! or is it bugged?
Yes ofcourse then it works.But i need to keep the characters , because have a server of 280 people and they will go mad if they loose everthing.. I need a way to keep the chars etc..Will it help using his updates and not the full in one pack instalation ?
well i know it says im new, i jus had to make a new acct, but ive been useing mangos amber for a year now, im not like that good at it, but dosent it save the char database in a flat file, or the sql database, so Diabolix i think u can jus save in a flat file the players info from the database and reload it after u done the reinstall? i dunno jus an idea
What is a flat file ? I only know how to make an sql dump. And i have tried importing the dump after installing the new mangos but the tables etc dont match.
