i been having a issue with this repack, when i edit an item via database such as the dmg and reset the server the item goes back to the previous dmg amount, why is this?

The DK quest "The Light of Dawn" its working in this pack?
Its one of the last quests of DK when you have to assault a church, its basically an event, if you didnt know about it
quest id is = 12801
I tried it but when i click on Highlord Darion Mograin and select "I'm ready HighLord. Let the siege of Light Hope's Begin" nothing happens, also if i tried to autocomplete it and go to Scourge Commander Thalanor , i can't finish the quest by clicking "Quest Complete".
Im choosing the reward but still nothing happens when i click "Quest Complete"
Any ideea?

Really quick question about this release...Any particular reason as to why it appears to be stuck at "starting vmap extractor3.exe" ? It's not attempted to extract the vmaps as of yet..no progress at all going on 2.5 hours now. All proceeded fine until this junction...if I take a really big stick and smack the tower...will it help? :) Seriously though....it is stuck and any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you. =^.^=
N.m. Found the culprit. A locked up HD was the prob. Wont be needing that stick after all XD.

Is starts up ok, then it stops at status 1 ready to to status 2 and tells me

I ran the first big install. World came online in no time. i stopped the world. I even restarted the comp, to make sure it was a fresh login. i added the first 2 updates no problem. Then when i tried the 3rd. i got this error.

Hey Germo, I got the same error first time I tried to update...I uninstalled (even though the install didn't work) then rebooted and re-installed. Second time around, everything went okay. Also, make sure of the install destination of the updates as I noticed after the reboot...the update had a different install location which I had to change. Hope it helps.

Monsters can see players through walls, is that normal? Or I need to do some thing to fix that problem?

Guys i'm with a little problem.. All mobs on server are marked as yellow priority mobs.. only a few can attack me.. i gues this happens bcoz i'm admin... but i tested with a normal account and i noticed that all mobs are on yellow priority.. and i wanna know if Icecrown citacel dungeon is working properly..

i've got some NPCs not having a dialog so we can't complete quests as well. In the NE starting area.
I am trying to use the upgrade 10764_01_mangos_spell_proc_event.sql from the upgrades folder because after I imported my old backup db's I got this error:

You must apply all updates after [A] to [B] to use mangos with this database.
These updates are included in the sql/updates folder.
Please read the included [README] in sql/updates for instructions on updating.
So now that I try to do the update using sqlyog, I select restore from sql dump and then select that file and I get this error:

Can anyone tell me why these tables are non existent if I am supposed to be using this upgrade file? It doesn't make sense.

This is because you need to update your DB version manually to the number of version you want to update.
EDIT: When will Amber for 4.x?

Does this server have Frostmourne item ???
I have this problem in the past...
In your Navicat or SQLYog find for the DB version tables that causes error.
Edit this tables and change to the number of version to update.
Of course, first of all make a security copy of your DB's.

Try running the Amber startup as administrator (right click the icon, the select "run as administrator"), you can also set the program to run as administrator by default in the program properties. Hope this helps:)
