MaNGOS switch to support 3.1.3.9947 [OFFICAL RELASE]

I've got a problem in Mangos, a general one and I think more than just me have it. Spirit healers are show while you're alive and dead too. Also your weapon chance on hits doesnt work properly, you need more than 1000 hits for 1 proc, and yes I tried it with 0010 weapon speed to 4000 weapon speed, every 0500 speed, made an excel table with it, its a 0.003%-0.009% chance to get a weapon chance on hit proc. Dont even wanna go to the "Chance on succesfull spell cast", 730 spell casts = 0 procs. And "Chance on spell critical" also 700 spell crits = 0 procs. I dont know if its just us or? Is it in the core or is it in the DB, we tried with several different DBs, WhyDB, ADB, the one which comes with Mangos itself and several others. Even tried updating our dbc files more than 15 times in the process.. Still nothing. Any one wanna help me or is it just me whos having these bugs?

Uh and yeah, I forgot to add, Yes I tried with several other weapons, just not 1. Different procs different types of weapons, 1h to 2h, swords axes maces polearms and bows/guns, even wands and staffs.

But i like DK's starting place scripts :P (like Unworthy Initiate npc from quest The Endless Hunger)

Please help me!!!!
In my server, DBErrors.log report these errors:

Table 'spell_loot_template' entry 60445 (spell id (random item creating)) not exist but used as loot id in DB.
Table `achievement_criteria_data` not have expected data for criteria (Entry: 3680 Type: 76) for achievement 1157.
Table `achievement_criteria_data` not have expected data for criteria (Entry: 9798 Type: 76) for achievement 2772.


I Need any fix for my problem!!!!

I need any way to get my 3.1.3 characters onto 3.2 and can not find anything. I am using Shavo compilation..... PLEASE HELP!

you must import the "4.groups.sql" to the characters database from MaNGOS_Client_3.2.0&3.2.2_v8411_SD2_1364_Update(Shavo)\SQL\Mangos\3.2.0\4_groups.sql
